Sign in without guesswork
Staff accounts
- Ask your hospital IT administrator for your assigned staff email, temporary password, and staff sign-in address. These can differ from your IT administrator account.
- Sign in with those details. At first login, enter your temporary password and choose your own unique password of at least 12 characters.
- After saving, sign in with the prefilled staff email and your new password. The temporary password no longer works.
IT administrators
Use IT sign-in with your administrator email, password, and exact hospital identifier from your installation instructions. The identifier uses lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, with no spaces. Initial setup is only for the first administrator; do not repeat it after your account exists.
Go to IT sign-inAuthenticator QR codes on a phone
Scan the QR inside an authenticator app on another device. If Prelude and your authenticator are on the same phone, copy the setup key, switch to the authenticator, choose Enter setup key, and select Time-based. Then return to Prelude and enter the current six-digit code. Keep the key private. For subsequent sign-ins, use your existing Prelude authenticator entry.
If a code fails, enable automatic time on your phone and wait for the next code. If you have lost the authenticator or forgotten your password, contact your hospital IT team. Email recovery and self-service MFA recovery are not available in this build. An installation operator must verify your identity before recovery; never send codes or passwords in support messages.
Access from another device
A localhost or 127.0.0.1 address works only on the computer running Prelude. Phone access requires a properly configured HTTPS deployment and a hospital-provided address. This local build is for synthetic evaluation; it is not cleared for real patient information.
